The ‘GLIDEAWAY’® XH meets all current Health & Safety, Manual Handling and Infection Control requirements and is GUARANTEED FOR A FULL 5 YEARS.
When folded up, it will glide effortlessly from one location to another. Make it up and use it whenever and wherever required!
An optional extra to complement this model, is a neat, wipe-clean cabinet, in a White MFC finish, available flat packed for self-assembly, for housing the bed during the day (see 3 & 4 above). A similar cabinet is available for other 'GLIDEAWAY'® models - full details on request.
Originally developed for one of our Hospice customers, the (Extra High) ‘GLIDEAWAY’® XH Guest Bed is designed to open out, to a similar sleeping height as a Hospital bed (on a low setting).
In addition to all the same features as our BCH ‘GLIDEAWAY’® and standard 2ft.6ins. and 3ft. ‘GLIDEAWAY’® models, the ‘GLIDEAWAY’® XH is fitted with a handy steel bedding tray, in between the extended legs.
It comes, as standard, with a high-specification foldable, foam mattress, with replaceable (zip-on/off), breathable, waterproof/wipe-clean cover and flame retardant to Ignition Source 5.
The heavy-duty, all-steel ‘GLIDEAWAY’® XH will sleep even overweight adults for extended periods, in total comfort and is available in a choice of two sizes and 15 colours (see 6 above).
